General contracting conditions

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual sales relationship between the provider and the user at the moment the user accepts the purchase during the contracting process. 

The contractual sales relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price and publicly displayed through the website, of a specific product.

These General Terms and Conditions are binding on both parties and form an integral and inseparable part of the purchase contract.  The effectiveness of this contract operates at the moment of the subscription of the order at the request of the User, through the contracting mechanisms that will subsequently be specified, all in accordance with the provisions of art. 1.255 of the Civil Code, which includes the principle of the autonomy of the will and agreements between the contracting parties.

From now on, this company will be referred to as PadelVipExperience.

3. Procedures for acquiring a service

In order to purchase a service on our website, the following steps must be completed:

·       Select the service required through the search and quotation processes on our website.

·       Access the payment pages where the necessary concepts for the purchase of the service must be indicated.

·       Provide data related to the service and personal details such as number of passengers, names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, ages, etc...

·       Accept the conditions indicated on the payment page.

·       And obtain the confirmation locator which will be obtained once you have fulfilled the above requirements.

Alternatively, if you wish to purchase a personalised holiday package, an agent from our customer service centre will have generated a unique link associated with the accepted quote with which you will be able to finalise your booking on the payment page.

We remind travellers that PADEL COMPANY EVENTOS Y COMUNICACIÓN S.L. does not offer travel to and from the island, which will always be at the travellers' expense. Likewise, travellers must ensure that all personal documentation necessary for their trip, including, but not limited to, visas or any other documentation required by the Spanish Health Authorities, is in order.

4. Policy of modification and cancellation of reservations

Modification fees:

If the reservation allows changes, subject to availability and in addition to the booking modification fees applied by the supplier (if any), PADEL COMPANY EVENTOS Y COMUNICACIÓN S.L. will apply the following management fees:

·       Management fees for modification of hotel reservations: 10€ per reservation.

·       Management fees for modification of reservations of other products (except car rental): If your reservation allows changes will be charged 20€ per person.

Cancellation fees:

In addition to the cancellation fees applied by the supplier (if any), PADEL COMPANY EVENTOS Y COMUNICACIÓN S.L. will apply the following costs for the management:

·       Handling fee for cancellation of travel bookings made at least 30 days before the date of arrival: 0 euros.

·       Handling fee for cancellation of travel bookings made at least 7 days in advance: 50% of the full trip will be charged.

·       Cancellation fee for travel bookings made less than 7 days in advance: The full amount of the trip will be charged.

Remember that our website will always inform you in advance of the conditions of modification and/or cancellation of the reservation, whatever the product chosen.

If more than 5 rooms are booked in the same establishment, even if they are booked separately, the hotel may consider them as a "group booking" and, therefore, apply a policy of changes and cancellations different from the one indicated here. Please inform yourself about these conditions by contacting us by telephone before making a reservation.

5. Payments

The website of Viajes PadelVipExperience will offer you different payment methods depending on the different products that you can purchase online. In general and with some exceptions, the most common payment methods are credit cards, transfers or Bizum.

Credit and debit cards

Visa and Master Card have developed a system for secure online payments. The Secure Electronic Commerce system is based on the card issuer (bank or savings bank) identifying the cardholder before authorising payment over the Internet. PadelVipExperience is adhered to this security protocol so that, once you have selected the product to buy and entered your card number, a window of the Issuer opens asking for your identification, showing one of the following icons:

Your card details and password are protected by this security system from the moment they are entered. Once the identification is completed, the Issuer informs PadelVipExperience that the purchase is being made by the card holder, so that he/she can complete the process. If the identification has not been satisfactory, the Issuer informs PadelVipExperience to proceed accordingly. This window is out of the control of PadelVipExperience, being the responsibility of the Issuer any incidence that may arise with the same, having to contact with this entity if you find yourself in this situation.

Card payments must be made with credit or debit cards issued by Spanish banks.

What is PSD2 and how does it affect me?

PSD2 is the new European directive regulating the provision of payment services and electronic payment transactions. It was transposed into Spanish law by Royal Decree Law 19/2018, of 23 November, on payment services and other urgent measures in financial matters. At PadelVipExperience it affects purchases paid with a bank card.

Among the main objectives of the PSD2 are the improvement of online security and the reinforcement of protection against fraud in online banking transactions. 

Among the main security measures is the mandatory application of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for all e-commerce purchases from 1 January 2021, unless one of the exemptions provided for in the regulation applies. This strong authentication requires a choice of 2 factors: one that the user knows (e.g. password), one that he/she possesses (e.g. mobile phone) and one that he/she is (e.g. fingerprint or face). The first one will no longer suffice as before, but 2 will be necessary (double authentication or SCA). 

The secure purchase process will depend on the issuing bank, and may consist of the code you receive by SMS + a second factor, or validation via your bank's App. Please check with your bank to be prepared before making your next purchases.  

6. Security, data confidentiality and privacy

PadelVipExperience guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided. The data provided will be incorporated into a file owned by PadelVipExperience, in order to provide and offer you its services and those of the companies of its Group; facilitate the processing of orders and send you information and commercial offers in the future about products and services that may be of interest to you.

Some personal data must necessarily be communicated to the various service providers in order to carry out the service purchased and to comply with the purpose of the contract.

The client guarantees the veracity of the personal data provided for the contracting of the services and declares to have the express consent of all those interested parties whose data has been provided for the processing derived from the provision of the services, as well as having provided them with the relevant data protection information.

Our website accepts and uses its own and third-party cookies, which may be used to facilitate navigation on its website, to offer a better experience and service according to browsing habits, and to know the User's preferences by allowing their recognition. 7. Accommodation

If you wish to cancel your booking or make any changes to it, you must contact our Assistance Department. Remember that, whether you are already staying at the hotel or if your stay has not yet started, the PadelVipExperience cancellation and change policy will be applied. You can consult it on this page, in the section "Booking cancellation and change policy".

Hotel booking confirmation

When you have chosen to stay in a hotel, in a maximum period of 48 hours you will receive the confirmation of your reservation through the email provided by you, in which we will also include the voucher that you will have to present in the establishment as confirmation of the payment of your reservation. If you do not receive this information, please contact our Assistance Department.


The descriptions of the establishments that appear on this website indicate both the services available in the room/apartment/villa, etc., as well as the complementary services offered. In both cases, all the services are mentioned, without specifying which ones have an additional charge and which ones are free of charge. They are subject to change by the hotel.

"Possibility of renting", by this we mean services that you may not find on arrival, but which can be rented directly at the establishment. All the services, activities and facilities referred to in the first paragraph, such as: safe, sauna, parking, tennis, nursery, Health Centre, Spa, Spa, gymnasium, fitness Centre, etc., are included for information purposes, and in most cases are subject to additional payment or deposit, which must be paid directly at the establishment. Some services may incur a charge or may not be available at the time of your stay. Please check directly with the property.

Room descriptions on the website are based on double occupancy (except for flats and villas), unless another room type is expressly indicated. Full bathroom means that the bathroom may have a shower/bathtub or both.

Opening times and dates of operation

Some of the services listed are subject, in terms of opening hours and dates of operation, to the rules stipulated by the establishment in each case. Thus, for example, even when it is described as having air conditioning, this does not mean that it will operate 24 hours a day, nor does it mean that it will operate all the months that the list of hotels on the web page is valid. This note should also be taken into account for other services such as: swimming pools, crèches, entertainment programmes, pool bar, restaurant, etc. The heated swimming pools, in the vast majority of cases, are only heated in winter.

Check-in and check-out times

In the case of hotels, the international check-in and check-out time is 12 noon, but some establishments may change this rule. Please check the conditions on the establishment's page on our website and remember to check the timetable directly with Reception.

Some establishments (most frequently the villa or the flats, but not exclusively them) may require at the time of booking or during the stay, a deposit and/or security deposit. This precautionary measure is for occasional damage and can be made by credit card or bank transfer. It will be refunded within 24 hours of departure, once it has been verified that no damage has been caused.

It may happen that the client who ends his stay and the client who starts his stay coincide in the timetable. In this situation, the client who is going to check-in must allow a margin of time until he prepares his accommodation. This situation is more likely to occur in seasons of high occupancy.

Compulsory insurance in apartments/apartments/aparthotels

Some establishments may require an amount for compulsory insurance, which is non-refundable.

Credit card application

In most hotel establishments you may be asked to provide a credit card, on arrival, as a guarantee for any extras you may have to pay for during your stay.


If you require this service during your stay, you must inform us at the time of booking, as there is a limited number of them in the establishments that have them.

Maximum capacity

In the remarks of each establishment there is a note or heading indicating the maximum capacity allowed in each accommodation unit. As a general rule, it should be taken into account that establishments may include babies within this capacity, even if they are accommodated in a cot.

Example: Maximum capacity 3 persons, means that if one of the passengers in the booking is a baby, a maximum of two adults may be accommodated.

Single / double room for single use

Our website offers the possibility of booking single or double rooms for single use, although not in all establishments and always subject to availability. You can find them by searching for a single occupant.

Triple and quadruple rooms

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third and fourth persons, whether children or adults, will be accommodated on a sofa bed, bunk bed or in an extra bed (depending on the establishment) as most hotels do not offer triple or quadruple rooms (three/four beds of the same size).

Logically, accommodating third and fourth persons in the same unit considerably reduces the free space of the unit.

Food and beverages

In the case of being included in the price, drinks (including water) are generally not included, unless expressly indicated, and must therefore be paid for directly at the establishment.

The information that appears in the descriptions of this catalogue may be altered during the validity of the same.

The establishment may modify the meal service without prior notice, for example, depending on the day of the week or for reasons of occupancy; in general, half board consists of breakfast and dinner (please consult us). If, due to delays of any kind, a restaurant service corresponding to the meal plan is lost, there is no right to a refund. Passengers staying free of charge in extra beds or cots may not have their meals included, which in many cases must be paid for directly at the hotel.

It is not possible to make changes to reservations in order to modify the meals included.

Access to the restaurant

In many of the establishments published in this catalogue, the use of appropriate clothing is required to access the restaurant services, and access to the restaurants is forbidden to customers wearing casual clothing (jeans, shorts, swimming trunks, sports shirts, etc.). To avoid possible disruption, we recommend that you include in your travel wardrobe an outfit for these occasions.

Adapted for people with reduced mobility

In the description of the establishments you will find those that are adapted in rooms and common areas for people with reduced mobility. However, certain areas may not be adapted. Please consult us when making your reservation.

Admission of animals

This section expressly indicates those establishments that allow pets (generally dogs). However, when you make your reservation you must reconfirm the conditions set by each establishment (type and/or breed, weight, presentation of vaccination certificate, etc.). You should bear in mind that, although they are allowed, they may be restricted in certain areas of the establishment. Likewise, in the vast majority of cases they will carry an additional supplement, to be paid directly. In any case, they will always be subject to acceptance by the establishment.

Parking / garage

These are limited spaces and there is no possibility of prior reservation. The rental and payment of this service will be made directly at the establishment.

The villas have free parking at the accommodation available to guests.

Promotional offers

Any offer or promotion that may be made by the hotel establishments at a later date will not be retroactive, which will make it impossible to apply it to bookings made prior to the start of the offer/promotion.

The published offers consisting of a number of nights of stay, paying for a lower number, will have the last night/s free of charge, unless otherwise indicated in the observations section of each establishment.

The offers cannot be accumulated, unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Car rental

On our home page you will find an access that allows you to select the Cars option. To reserve a vehicle, please contact our Assistance Department.

At the time of booking, the customer must consult and accept the vehicle rental conditions established by the particular supplier:

·       Vehicles may only be hired by persons who hold a driving licence for driving in Spain that is 7 years old. A copy of the driving licence must be provided to the Assistance Department at the time of booking.

·       It will be necessary to provide a copy of the driver's credit card and PadelVipExperience is authorised to pay any traffic fines or any other administrative sanctions imposed on the vehicle during the rental period, even after the end of the rental period.

·       The reservation must be paid online exclusively by credit card.

·       Extras can be requested (GPS, child seat...) but will ALWAYS be subject to availability at the time of collection of the vehicle.

·       Cancellation policy: Up to 48 hours before the pick up of the vehicle, the cancellation will be free of charge. After this period no refund of the amount paid is possible.

·       In case of non-presentation at the rental office of the vehicle, if you do not present the necessary documentation or if you do not have a valid credit card at the time of collection of the vehicle, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 48 hours, i.e. 100% of the costs will be charged.

The User declares to be of legal age and to have full capacity; he/she also guarantees the authenticity and veracity of all the data provided both when filling in the registration forms and at any other subsequent moment, being his/her responsibility to update the information provided, in such a way that it reflects his/her real situation. The user will be responsible for the inaccuracy or lack of veracity of the information provided, nevertheless, the user authorizes PadelVipExperience to check the veracity and accuracy of the information provided. In the use of the web page, or in reservations and/or purchases subsequent to the initial registration, it will be the responsibility of the User to verify that the information and data provided at the time have not been modified and remain valid. The User undertakes not to have more than one registration account.

The User shall be responsible for the use of his/her password, which he/she must treat and safeguard appropriately and confidentially, avoiding in any case access to it by unauthorised persons. Duration of the service

PadelVipExperience does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the functioning of the web site. When it is reasonably possible, PadelVipExperience will warn previously of the interruptions in the functioning of the web site.

The access to the web, after the opportune registration, has an indefinite duration; nevertheless, PadelVipExperience reserves the right to suspend without previous warning the access to the Users who, in its opinion, do not comply with the rules of use of its web page and to exercise the opportune legal measures.

Exclusion of responsibility

PadelVipExperience excludes any responsibility for damages of any nature eventually derived from: the interruption of the functioning or the lack of availability of access to the web page; the privacy and security in the use of the web page by the User, and/or the non-consented access of unauthorized third parties; the eventual transmission of elements that negatively affect the computer systems; and the accuracy, exhaustiveness and punctual updating of the contents of its web page.

10. Travel recommendations

Health checks to be carried out at points of entry into Spain

Under current legislation, all passengers arriving in Spain by air or sea must undergo a health check before entering the country. These checks may include taking a temperature, a documentary check and a visual check of the passenger's condition. It is not applicable to international passengers in transit at a Spanish port or airport with a final destination in another country.

With regard to the documentary control, all passengers with origin in any airport or port located outside Spain must complete, before departure, a public health form called "Health Control Form", through the website, or through the Spain Travel Health-SpTH application. SpTH will generate an individualised QR code that the traveller must present to the transport companies before boarding, as well as at health controls at the point of entry into Spain. When the European regulation regarding the EU Digital COVID Certificate comes into force, in the process of filling in the health control form, a QR code will be generated with the designation FAST CONTROL, which will make it unnecessary to show the EU Digital COVID Certificate in the boarding process, nor in the health control on arrival.

We inform that, if such a circumstance were to occur Padelvipexperience by padel company is not responsible for the possible consequences that may arise from the breach of the notice in this clause.

Padelvipexperience by PADEL COMPANY respects the intellectual property of others. If you consider that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please inform us of this incident in the contact channels referenced above.

13. Security policy.

Padelvipexperience by PADEL COMPANY has contracted an SSL certificate for its website.

The SSL certificate protects all personal and confidential information that can be handled on a website, regardless of the information that is transmitted, for example, from any contact form on the website to the server, or the data entered to subscribe to the newsletter or to access protected areas, etc.

The website address will appear in green, activating the "https" protocol that allows secure connections from a web server to the user's browser.
